This lovely bridal client of mine is about to celebrate her one year anniversary and I have to celebrate with her by sharing her lovely wedding with you. All of the photos featured here were courtesy of Lawrence Elizabeth Knox.
The pre-wedding preparations and photos, as well as the wedding reception, took place at the Houston Racquet Club in Houston, TX.
I rarely get to stay for the wedding festivities and I am so thankful to Lawrence Elizabeth Knox for sharing the wedding day's photos with me. I love seeing how makeup changes from indoor to outdoor lighting and I also love seeing how the makeup wore throughout the day and night. I hope you enjoy reviewing Ellen's wedding as much I have. I met Ellen through Meagan Malone, the hairstylist who did a majority of the hairstyling for this wedding too.

Initially, we were supposed to do wedding preparations downstairs in the HRC, but we were blessed with a spacious room filled with natural light - perfect for makeup application AND for all of the things a bride and her bridal party have with them!
I always ask my clients if they will be taking first look photos because it
determines how much time we actually have for beauty preparations.
Doing a dress reveal for your bridal party is so exciting!
A dad's first look at his darling daughter in her wedding dress is a moment not to be missed!
I think first look photos with the groom are priceless!
That beautiful oak tree was a beautiful background for this bride and her bridal party.
